John has half British and half Thai heritage, drawing influences from both cuisines when creating dishes for AngloThai. John has a wealth of experience cooking with restaurants and chefs throughout the UK, Europe, Asia and North America. John recently appeared on this year’s Great British Menu representing his home region of Wales. He has also been twice shortlisted as Young British Foodie ‘Chef of the Year’.
