Darren Robertson is a chef and co-owner of Three Blue Ducks in Sydney’s Bronte and Rosebery, and The Farm in Byron Bay. He has also co-authored two cookbooks The Blue Ducks and The Blue Ducks Real Food.
The Hertfordshire-born Brit trained in Michelin starred restaurants before moving to Australia to further his culinary career. Now a passionate advocate of farm-to-table cooking, Darren champions sustainability and using organic local produce.
He also starred as a guest judge in the 2017 series of My Kitchen Rules.
